My father recorded snaps of my childhood on 18 mm films. Looking through the camera viewer, I experience his memories being played back to me. We meet, I am here now, and he is back then, both holding the exact same camera while he is catching his reflection in the mirror. 'Fragments' is a conversation between a father and a daughter; we cross the boundaries of time, technology, and our inner space. The single object becomes a vehicle to travel in time and reconnect with my past through my father's eyes.
